Brief Description

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can communicate well with others, problem solve and ensure quality work. This person must be able to multi-task and be able to pay attention to detail. They must be able to work alone or in a team setting.

Job Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Verification of product to specific and appropriate paper work and quantities
  • Inspect of product and package in most effective way
  • Able to put product in specified counts as required from the job ticket
  • Ability to work alone or as a team within minimum supervision
  • Communicate with Supervisor and other Managers as needed to complete required work
  • Maintain equipment according to daily requirements etc.
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Work scheduled overtime as determined
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Complete all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
  • Follow all safety and work rules and regulations
  • Perform cleaning duties as assigned
  • Other job duties as assigned

Education requirements, certifications, work experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Ability to read and write English
  • Ability to add and subtract, use ruler, and calculator
  • Can do repetitive motion throughout the day
  • Minimum computer skills
  • Undergo a reference or security check
  • Pass a drug test
  • Work with a sense of urgency
  • Team player
  • Good at problem solving
